NOTE NEW CONTEST DAY: Judging will take place WEDNESDAY July 15th at 5:00pm, just prior to the Fair Queen Coronation. Rules & Prizes Contestant must reside in Boone County and be ages 5-9 (just completed 3rd grade, but not yet eligible to enroll in 4-H) Judging will be based on: Application, contestants answering questions on stage & community participation Great prizes for all participants! |
